Description:

While Gerald’s skin may have healed since the wounds he suffered during his training at the tower, his voice and mannerisms are indicative of a scarred man, inside if not out. Gerald is often found alone in his lab whenever possible, working on some new experiment. While many of his experiments do seem to turn out rather well, rumor holds that on at least a few occasions he has nearly killed himself or a classmate during a particularly dangerous experiment.

When in public, he strikes out into the world seemingly ready to believe things will work out in the end, even if they aren’t going well in a particular moment. This attitude leads him to be a driving force toward risky action, seeking the rewards that such risks can bring. He doesn’t really know how to deal with people though, and so he uses magic to cover up for this fact, showing off whenever possible thinking it will impress others and make them like him.
